- CRAWFORD, Ethel May
Passed away, peacefully, in her 94th year, at Forest Heights Long Term Care Centre, Kitchener, on Sunday, Sept. 28, 2003. Ethel was predeceased by her husband, William Augustus Crawford; parents, Richard and Kathleen Burton; sister, Gladys Whitehouse and twin brothers, Edward and Horace Burton. Ethel is survived by her son, Douglas William Crawford and his wife Mary Margaret of Goderich; grandchildren, Andrew James Crawford of Waterloo and Charles William Crawford and his wife Tanya; great-grandchildren, Emilie and Brady Crawford of Cambridge, as well as her sisters, Mary Hewer and Kay Dillon, in addition to many nieces and nephews. Ethel was a longtime member of Trinity Anglican Church, Cambridge. Funeral and commendation services will be conducted in the chapel of Little's Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 223 Main St. E., Cambridge, on Wednesday, October 1, 2003, at 2 p.m., with Canon Robert Grisdale officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home, on Wednesday, from 1: 30 p.m., until the time of service, at 2 p.m. Interment, Trinity Anglican Cemetery.
