    • Sad Death of Mrs. James Scott.

      It is with feelings of deepest regret that we are called upon to chronicle the death of an esteemed and much beloved resident of town in the person of Amelia Keller beloved wife of Mr. James Scott, death taking place at the K and C. hospital this morning at 5 o'clock following an operation.

      The late Mrs. Scott was born near Hespeler and at the time of her death was in her 60th year. For many years she has been resident of Waterloo, her kind and loving disposition endeavoring her to host of friends who will learn with regret of her and death. She was a member of St. Saviours Anglican Church and took a deep interest in the work of the different church Societies. To mourn her sad demise there are left the sorrowing husband

      two sons, Charles of Galt, Harry of Waterloo Alice, at home and Vera (Mrs. (Dr.) L.A. Koeppel) of Kitchener and the deepest of sympathy is extended to them in this their hour of sorrow. Three brothers, John, Herb, and Anthony and five sisters, Lens, Josephine, Annie Rose and Ange also survive.

      The funeral will leave her late residence King Street North Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock to Mt. Hope Cemetery for interment.
