- Percy J. Dahmer of 220 Dawson, Waterloo, on Friday, Feb. 11, at K-W Hospital, after a brief illness. Member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Waterloo and the Germania Lodge Branch 184. Son of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Dahmer. Survived by his wife, the former Florence McKenzie; one daughter, Mrs. John (Jean) Nechacov of Kitchener; two brothers, Willard of Hamilton and Clarence of Niagara Falls; predeceased by one brother Edward, Feb. 8, 1972.
The late Mr. Dahmer is resting at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. South, Waterloo, after 2 p.m. Saturday until noon Monday, then to St. John's Lutheran chapel for services at 2:30 p.m. Rev. A. L. Conrad officiating. Burial in Memory Gardens.

"Man dies day brother is buried"
A Waterloo man died today a few hours before the funeral was conducted for his brother. Percy J. Dahmer of 220 Dawson St. died at K-W Hospital at 8 a.m., following a brief illness. A service was conducted for his brother Edward at Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 11 a.m. Edward died Tuesday.
Percy Dahmer was employed at the Hauck Glove Co. until retiring five years ago. Edward worked for the city of Waterloo before his retirement.
Two other brothers survive, Willard and Clarence. Willard is a former member of the Waterloo police force, and Clarence (Jada) was once prominent as a player on the Waterloo Tigers baseball team. They are both now arena mangers, Willard in Hamilton and Clarence in the Niagara Falls area.
Percy Dahmer is also survived by his wife, the former Florence McKenzie, and one daughter, Mrs. John (Jean) Nechacov of 281 Lorne Ave.
The body will be at the Edward Good Funeral Home after 2 p.m. Saturday until Monday when removal will be made to St. John's Lutheran chapel for service at 2:30 p.m., conducted by Rev. A. L. Conrad. Burial will be in Memory Gardens.
