- SCHAEFER, N. Jacob (Jake) - At K-W Hospital, on Wednesday, March 14, 1979, Jake Schaefer, aged 77, of 130 Avondale Ave. S., Waterloo.
Mr. Schaefer was born in Waterloo, and was the former co-owner of Kabel's Men's Wear in Kitchener. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Waterloo.
Son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Schaefer; dear husband of the former Leota Miller; father of Ruth at home; brother of Adella (Mrs. Art Knorr) of Kitchener, Edna (Mrs. Eric Dietz) of Waterloo and Florence (Mrs. Frederick Knell Sr.) of Kitchener. Predeceased by one sister, Hilda (Mrs. Harry Baetz).
Resting at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, after 7 p.m. this, evening, until noon on Saturday. then to St. John's Lutheran Church for funeral service and committal at 2 p.m., Rev. A. L. Conrad officiating. Interment Waterloo Mount Hope cemetery.
