- Ignats Grossman
Following a brief illness, Ignatz Grossman, 73, of 102 John St. E., Waterloo, died at St. Mary's Hospital early Wednesday.
Mr. Grossman had been employed as a night watchman for 27 vears at the Canadian Barrels and Kegs Ltd., Waterloo. He attended St. Louis R.C. Church and was a member of the Canadian Order of Foresters.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Martha Grossman, and seven daughters, Mrs. John (Annie) Miller, and Mrs. Sam (Minnie) Fackoury of Kitchener; Mrs. Stanley (Martha) Erdman, Mrs. K. E. (Clara) Kistner, Waterloo; Mrs. H. (Frieda) Stager, Sudbury, and Miss Florence Grossman at home. One sister, Mrs. Johanna Roehricht, Waterloo and 22 grandchildren, and one great-grandchildren also survive.
The remains are resting at the Walsh Funeral Home, Waterloo, where the funeral wil take place at 8.45 Saturday morning to St. Louis R.C. Church for requiem high mass. Interment will be made in the Mt. Hope R.C. Cemetery.
