  Merklinger, Elizabeth (Betty) - Peacefully, on Tuesday, Dec. 22, 1992, at People Care Centre, Tavistock, Betty Merklinger, of Tavistock. She was born in Waterloo 83 years ago, the daughter of the late John Merklinger and Henrietta Henkell. Loving sister of Frances and her husband Clarence Neeb of Tavistock and Ida Thaler of Gallipolis, Ohio; sister-in-law of Verda and Geoline Merklinger of Tavistock and Wanda Merklinger of Kitchener. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers, Fred, Bill, David, Sam, Oliver, Frank, George, Eugene and Peter and her sister, Mabel Meissner. Betty was a member of Grace United Church, Tavistock. Relatives and friends may call at the Glendinning Funeral Home, Krug Chapel, 47 Woodstock St. S., Tavistock, after 1: 30 pm on Thursday, Dec. 24, 1992, until the time of the service at 2: 30 pm, Rev.
