• Notes

  Oliver A. Snider, 88, of Conestogo, formerly of Hamilton and Burford, died Friday, October 18, at K-W Hospital following a brief illness. Born in Woolwich Township, Dec. 2, 1876, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Menno Snider. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Matilda Struck. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. L. Edgar (Eleanor) Priest of Burlington; a sister, Mrs. Mabel Schwartz of Conestogo; two granddaughters and a great-grandson. He was predeceased by two brothers and four sisters. The body was at the Dreisinger Funeral Parlor, Elmira, where the funeral was conducted Monday at 3 o'clock by Rev. A.L. Evans of Conestogo United Church.
