    • ADA SINYARD nee Merklinger 1910-2007 Passed away at Forest Heights Long Term Care Centre on Monday February 26, 2007, in her 97th year. Formerly of 18 Esson Street, Kitchener. Predeceased by her husband, Ray (1989) and by her son, Richard (1999). Survived by Ruth Sinyard-Dunn and her husband Douglas of Waterloo; daughter, Jean Heimpel of Burlington and by her son, John and his wife Deborah of Aurora. Also survived by her adoring grandchildren, Robert, Rebecca, Christa, Jana, Marta, Emma and Timothy and also by her 8 great-grandchildren. Friends are invited to share their memories of Ada with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo on Thursday March 1, 2007 (today) from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service to celebrate Ada's life will be held at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 78 John Street West, Waterloo on Friday March 2, 2007 at 11 a.m., with Rev. Robert Krestick officiating. Reception will immediately follow at the church. Interment in Mount Hope Cemetery, Waterloo. Condolences for the family and donations to Redeemer Lutheran Church may be arranged through the funeral home, 519-745-8445 or www.erbgood.com In living memory of Ada, a tree will be planted through the Trees for Learning Program by the funeral home.
