    • Martin, Nancy Shantz, was born at Shantz Station, Ont., July 2, 1883; died at the South Waterloo Hospital, Galt, Aug. 29, 1970; aged 87 y. 1 m. 27 d. She was married to Peter Martin. Surviving are 2 sons (Oscar and Lionel), 3 daughters (Kathryn - Mrs. Orville Shantz, Mrs. Irene Lichty, and Mrs. Greta Martin Smith), and 6 grandchildren. She was a member of the First Mennonite Church, Kitchener, Ont., where funeral services were held Sept. 2, with Robert N. Johnson officiating; interment in the First Mennonite Cemetery.
