- Lose their Eldest Child \endash Death From Diphtheria of Daughter of Mfr. And Mrs. C. A. Boehm \endash Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Boehm, John St., Waterloo, will have the deepest sympathy of the community in the irreparable loss they have sustained through the death of their daughter Miriam. She …?.. to a severe attack of diphtheria early Monday morning after a week's illness. On Sunday, Dec. 21st, the child became ill and since Monday last had been confined to her bed. She was 4 years and 27 days of age. Another daughter, 17 months old, survives. The death of their eldest daughter who was a very bright and lovable child, will come as a sad and severe loss to the grief stricken parents. To them will be tendered the heartfelt sympathy of their large circle of friends in the heavy affliction which has visited their home.
