    • BARTLEY, Wally E. - At K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, on Tuesday, May 21, 2002, after a lengthy illness, surrounded by his family, Wally Ernest Bartley, aged 52 years.

      Wally had been employed as a truck driver for the Postal Service and prior to that had been employed with Class Freight Lines for many years.

      Predeceased by his loving wife, the former Gail Runke in 1997 and his father, Ward Bartley in 1968.

      Survived by his mother, Mrs. Olive Bartley of Cambridge; his daughter, Kelly of Kitchener and two sisters, Judy and her husband James Casemore and Pat and her husband Wayne Graff, all of Kitchener. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

      Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 621 King St. W., Kitchener or Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A memorial service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday at 1 pm, with Chaplain Michael Chow officiating.

      Donations may be made to St. Mary's Cardiac Care Unit or the Regional Cancer Clinic at Grand River Hospital as expressions of sympathy by phoning 745-9495 or online www.funeralscanada.com.

      Reception to follow at the Ratz-Bechtel Family Centre.
