    • Mrs. Elizabeth Wittich By Record Correspondent

      ELMIRA\emdash Following a lengthy Illness, Mrs. Elizabeth Wittich, 78, died Friday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Cyril Schutz, 47 Centre St., Elmira.

      She was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Bohlender and was born Dec. 13, 1877, in North Woolwich. She was a lifelong resident of the Elmira district. She was a member of the Zion Evangelical UB Church in Elmira.

      Her husband, Henry Wittich, predeceased her in 1935.

      Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Cyril Schutz, Elmira; two sons, Howard, RR 1, Elora and Laverne, Elmira; four sisters, Mrs. Theodore Beisel, Elmira; Mrs, A. D. Snyder, Brampton; Mrs. Michael Hoch and Mrs. F. H. Martin, both of Kitchener; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. One brother predeceased her.

      Funeral service will be held Monday at 3 p.m. at the Dreisinger Funeral Parlor, Burial will be in Elmira Cemetery. Rev. J. W. Siebert will officiate. The body is at the funeral home.
