  NEUMANN, Max - Passed away, at his residence, on Wednesday, Oct. 30, 1996, in his 89th year. Beloved husband of Hazel (nee Gatcke); loving father of Jack Neumann and his wife Judith, Charles Neumann, Ralph Neumann, Geraldine Welch and her husband Earl, all of Kitchener; dear grandfather of Jada and Amber Neumann, John, Richard and Glen Welch and Donna Akerlund; great-grandfather of Charlie, Kelly, Lori, Julie-Anne, Roseanne, Winnie Welch and Lee and Jessica Akerlund. He was predeceased by his parents and brother Bruno. Max was a member of the Grand River Masonic Lodge. Visitation at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home and Chapel, 51 Benton at Church St., Kitch-ener, where the family will receive friends today (Friday) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, Nov. 2, 1996 at 2 p.m. Pastor Barbara Weatherall officating.
