  Eliza (Betty) Dolphin Ayr native Eliza Dolphin, died at the Willett Hospital, Paris on Tuesday, January 25, 2000. Mrs. Dolphin had recently resided at Telfer Place, Paris and was formerly of Weston. She was in her 93rd year. She was a daughter of the late Sarah Eleanor Matthews and Arthur White. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband Howard Dolphin and by sisters Lillian Hawes and Adelaide Underwood and is survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral service was held at the Ayr Chapel, Wm. Kipp Funeral Home on Friday, January 28 at 3:30 p.m. Rev. Bob Schroeder of St. James' Anglican Church, Paris, officiated with Rev. Lynne Calhoun of Christ Anglican Church assisting. Interment will be in the Ayr Cemetery. The Ayr News Feb 2 2000 pg 11
