• Notes

  The death is announced of the Venerable F. Dealtry Woodcock, archdeacon of Kingston, and rector of Trinity Church, Brockville, at his home in Brockville on Wednesday evening at the age of 78 years. The late prelate was well known here and in Haysville, having come here when he emigrated from England and spent several years in this community before taking up the study of divinity in Trinity College, Toronto. He had since preached here and in Haysville upon several occasions and had many warm friends who were grieved to hear of his death. He leaves his widow, four sons and two daughters. New Hamburg Independent, February 14, 1930 __________ Woodcock, F. D., commission merchant and miller. Holds the office of Councillor of village. Is a native of Wigan, England, and has resided here since 1870. Owns village property, valued at $2,000. Illustrated Atlas of the County of Waterloo, H.
