Gordon Ziegler of 77 Franklin St. N., Kitchener, died on Wednesday of last week at the Kitchener-Waterloo hospital at the age of 46.
Born March 28, 1923, in St. Clements, he was a son of Mrs. Amelia Pohl of Kitchener and the late Aaron Ziegler. He lived in Kitchener for the past 30 years. Mr. Ziegler had been a superintendent with the city works department and was a city employee for 23 years. He was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church.
Surviving besides his mother are his wife, the former Elizabeth Epp whom he married in 1949, in Kitchener; three sons, Dennis, Gordon and Peter, all at home; one daughter, Ruth, at home; four brothers, Addison, New Hamburg; Arthur, Bridgeport; Lloyd, Hanover and Herbert, Waterloo; three sisters, Mrs. Edward (Myrtle) Habermell, Mrs. Carl (Mabel) Wagner and Mrs. Elwood (Helen) Holzschuh, all of Kitchener.
