  MORGENROTH-CRANE, Janice Passed away peacefully with her family by her side in her 65th year at Lisaard House Hospice on Sunday, May 15, 2016. Beloved best friend and wife of Jim, loving and cherished mother to Morgan (Jessica) and Jennifer (Rick) Lamb. "Grandma Jan" will be sadly missed by Leeanna and Garrett. Survived by her mother Gertie Morgenroth and her brother John (Colleen) Morgenroth. Predeceased by her father Luke Jacob Morgenroth and her sister Judy Ball. Janice will be fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law Marj Crane and Anneva Crane; niece, nephews and extended family. A special thanks to Daisy Bell for her care and support. Thank you to the doctors and staff at the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre, especially Dr. Hubay, and the compassionate staff at Lisaard House Hospice. Janice, a graduate of McMaster University and the University of Toronto, will be remembered as a dedicated math teacher at Southwood Secondary School in Cambridge. A passionate golfer, she was an active member of the Rockway Golf Club. Family and friends will be received at the Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 from 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. Funeral Services to take place in the Funeral Home Chapel at 7 p.m. Cremation to follow.
