  ARNOLD, Wilfred Edward (Buff) - Died peacefully, in his sleep, on Friday, November 24, 2006, at Freeport Health Centre of the Grand River Hospital, Kitchener. Buff resided in New Hamburg and was born there 78 years ago. He was a son of the late Eugene and Magdalena (Eberlin) Arnold. Beloved husband of Betty Lorraine (Young) Arnold who predeceased him October 21, 2006. Sadly missed by his step-children, Bryan James and wife Faye of Moncton, New Brunswick and Debbie Armstrong and husband Leslie of New Hamburg and by his daughter, Kim McDonnell of Cambridge. Lovingly remembered by his grandson, Mark McNeelands and his friend Dawn Seitz of New Hamburg and his great-granddaughters, Julia and Kaitlin Seitz of New Hamburg and Renee McCormick of Kitchener. Also remembered by siblings, Edwin and Doreen Arnold, Jerome and Eva Arnold, Mary Arnold, all of Kitchener and by sister-in-law, Edith Arnold of New Hamburg. Buff was predeceased by brothers. Lawrence, Clayton, Alex and Alfred; by sister, Rita Webber and by grandson, Bradley Brown McNeelands. Buff was a member of St. George's Anglican Church, New Hamburg where he was responsible for the floral beautification of the church property for many years. He was a proud recipient of a Wilmot Township Citizen Award for his passion for flowers. Buff had drove truck for Burns Meats and was a school bus driver with Laidlaw. Family and friends may call at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron St. , New Hamburg on Monday from 7-9 p. m. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday, November 28, 2006 at 1 p. m. at St. George's Anglican Church with Rev. France Ouimet-Wilson officiating. Interment in Riverside Cemetery, New Hamburg. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to St. George's Anglican Church or the Freeport Health Centre. Waterloo Region Record
