  MARTIN, Manuel "Manny" - On Friday, December 5, 2008, at his residence. Manny Martin, in his 78th year, of Elmira. Beloved husband of the late Joan (Hass) Martin (1989). Loving father of Debbie and Colin Kelly of Kitchener, Mike Martin of Elmira, Randy and Lori Martin of Elmira, Sandy and John Fischer of Elmira, David and Janet Martin of Elmira. Fondly remembered by his grandchildren, Lynne (Jeff), Pat, Geoff and Chris, Jason (Heike), Jennifer (Derek) and five great-grandchildren, Kayden, Kylie, Jade, Zakary and Emily. Brother of Edna and Mervin Bauman of Drayton, Eleanor and Ab. Metzger of Floradale, Leroy and Donna Martin of Alberta. Predeceased by his parents, Levi and Susannah Martin; one brother, Cleason and three sisters, Nancy Bauman, Mary Wideman and Melinda Martin. The family will receive their friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home , Elmira on Sunday, December 7, 2008 from 1-4 p.m. At 9 a.m. on Monday, transfer will be made to Emmanuel Evangelical Missionary Church, Elmira for funeral service at 11 a.m. with Rev. George Grierson officiating, followed by cremation. Interment of cremated remains will be in Elmira Union Cemetery at a later date.
