    • BENDER, Louisa (1930-2013) Louisa passed away suddenly on February 3, 2013 at St. Mary's Hospital, in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of the late Donald J. Bender (2002). Predeceased by grand-daughter, Emilee Bender (2010). Louisa will be dearly missed by her children: Ken and Linda Bender, Lynette and Leonard Albrecht, Beverly and John McDowell, Evelyn and Norm Mondor, Paulette Bender, Rosalee Bender and Joe Mihevc, Amy Bender, Leslie Bender-Clark and Paul Clark, Jonathan Bender and Karen Temple; her 23 grand-children; 10 great-grandchildren; her sister, Miriam Yutzi, and her sister-in-law, Verna Bender. Louisa is also predeceased by her parents, Peter and Lydia (Brenneman) Bender, and her siblings: Percy and Alma Bender; Martha and Earl Mayer; Mildred and Lloyd Erb; Earlus Yutzi; Marilla and Al Moreash; and Warren Bender. Friends are invited to share a time of visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Thursday, February 7th, 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at First Mennonite Church, 800 King St. W., Kitchener on Friday, February 8th, 2 p.m. A viewing prior to the service will begin by 1 p.m. Reception will follow the service. Cremation and burial will take place at First Mennonite on a later date.
