  Miss Reta Shantz Many friends were sorry to learn of the death of Miss Reta Shantz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Josiah N. Shantz, of near Wilmot Centre, who passed away at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, early last Thursday morning, January 12th, in her 25th year. She was taken ill about three months ago and as her condition did not improve she was taken to the hospital but all medical skill and nursing was of no avail. She is mourned by her parents and four sisters, Mrs. Roy Snyder, of Bloomingdale, and Misses Celia, Corella and Catherine, all at home, besides a large circle of other relatives and friends. The funeral was held last Saturday afternoon from the home of her parents to Latchar's Mennonite Church at Mannheim and was very largely attended. Interment was made in the adjoining cemetery.
