  STEVANUS, Dianne November 29,1943 - November 11, 2012 "We will always remember" After a brief and courageous journey, Dianne passed away peacefully on November 11, 2012 in the arms of her soulmate of 50 years, her husband, Richard. She was surrounded by her loving family. Survived by her three loving sons and daughters-in-law, Bryan, Chris, Don, Tanya, Tim, Vicki, grandchildren, Jake, Sam, Bree, Grace, Brooke and Kylie, and a special network of friends. We will always remember her quiet strength, acceptance, encouragement and the amazing role model she was to each of us as a wife, mother, grandma and friend. Dianne was a partner with her husband Richard in Van-Del Contracting since its inception. Friends and family are welcome to join us to celebrate Dianne's life with visitation on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467. The funeral service for Dianne will be held at the Breslau Mennonite Church, 226 Woolwich St., Breslau on Friday, November 16, 2012 at 11 a.m. A private family interment will be held in Bloomingdale Mennonite Cemetery following a reception at the church. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Grand River Regional Cancer Centre or Mennonite Central Committee (M.C.C.).
