  Eby, Edwin - On Saturday, April 15, 1989, suddenly, as the result of a heart attack, Edwin Eby, of RR 2, Petersburg, aged 84 years. He was a member of the Mannheim Mennonite Church. Edwin was a director with Mennonite Aid for over 30 years and was on the Mannheim Mennonite Cemetery Board for many years. Father of Glenn and his wife Joanne of Ottawa, Edward and his wife Margaret of Brampton, David and his wife Carol of New Hamburg, Kenneth and his wife Helen of Waterloo, Sandra and her husband Mark Brubacher of Conestogo and Audrey at home; foster father of Margaret (Mrs. Lincoln Bauman) of Ridgetown and Dorothy Knarr of Brantford; brother of Ellen of New Hamburg. Eight grandchildren, Jenifer, Daniel, Jason, Dereck, Geoffrey and Brent Eby, Eric and Alex Brubacher also survive. Predeceased by his parents, Daniel Eby and the former Angeline Baer; his wife, Elsie in 1984; one daughter, Lorene; three brothers, Gordon, Edward and Irvin. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, until noon on Tuesday, when removal will be made to the Mannheim Mennonite Church, where the funeral service will be held at 2: 30 pm, with Rev.
