  CHARLES L. TENNANT President of the National Chiropractic Association in 1943, Mr. Tennant, 60, of Pinckney, died Thursday in Redford Receiving Hospital. Mr. Tennant had been a chiropractor here for 20 years, and was a pioneer in electro-therapy treatment. His office was at 2641 W. Grand Blvd. Surviving are his daughter, Iris; four brothers, Albert, Willie, Arthur, and Carl, and four sisters, Mrs. Louise Davey, Mrs. Edith Burman, Mrs. Violet Campbell and Mrs. Gladys McGill. Services will be held at the Wil- liam R. Hamilton Co. Chapel at 2.30 p. m. Monday. Burial will be in Acacia Park Cemetery. Detroit Free Press 29 Jan 1949 pg 19
