- SCHNEIDER, Mr. Seibert at his residence, 308-235 Erb St. W., Waterloo, on Saturday, Nov. 8, 1980, Seibert Schneider, age 80 years, formerly of Wellesley. Mr. Schneider had farmed in Wilmot township and lately was employed as a carpenter. He was a member of Stirling Avenue Mennonite Church and the Senior Citizens Group of the church. Son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Schneider. He was predeceased by his first wife, the former Beatrice Cook m 1935, one brother and one sister. Survived by his second wife, the former Beulah Witmer; two sons, Stewart of New Hamburg and Lloyd of Mississauga; two daughters, Delphine (Mrs. Mervyn Lichty) of Bramptom, and Shirley (Mrs. Lloyd Schmidt) of Waterloo; sister of Ida (Mrs. Henry Kneisel) of Lisbon. He is. also survived by 10 grandchildren.
The family of the late Mr. Schneider will receive friends at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, from 7 p.m. to 9p.m. this evening and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday. At noon on Wednesday, removal will be made to Stirling Avenue Mennonite Church for the funeral service at 2 p.m., Rev. Vernon Leis and Mrs. Brenda Weber officiating. Interment to follow in Parkview cemetery, Waterloo. Donations to the House of Friendship Building Fund or the Ontario Heart Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
