- JANTZI, JOHN G. Peacefully, Jan, 16, 1998, at his home, Country Meadows Retirement Home, in Brunner, John G. Jantzi, formerly of Wellesley and St. Agatha.
Born in Wilmot township 92 years ago, son of the late Mose L.Jantzi and the late Lydia Gingerich. John was a member of the Bethel Conservative Mennonite Church in Millbank. He farmed near St. Agatha, retiring to Wellesley.
Dear brother of Mose G. Jantzi of Brunner and Amanda Jantzi of Brunner.
Predeceased by three sisters, Mary, Elmina, 1982 and Melinda, 1990. Also a brother, Elias, 1989.
Visitation at the Futher Bros. Funeral Home, 40 Henry St. W., in Wellesley, where family and friends will be received today (Saturday) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. At noon Sunday removal will be made to the Bethel Conservative Mennonite Church for the funeral service at 2: 30 p.m. Pastor John Yutzy will officiate. Burial in the church cemetery. Memorials to the Heart and Stroke Association of Ontario or the Palliative Care team at the Brunner Nursing Home would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
