  Died - Miss Amelia Diamond, youngest daughter of Mr. William Diamond, passed away at her home in Wilmot early on Wednesday morning after a lingering illness, having had an attack of influenza and pneumonia nearly a year ago from which she never fully recovered. The late Miss Diamond was highly esteemed in the community and was a valued member of Bethel Methodist church. Her early demise is deeply regretted by a large circle of friends and much sympathy is felt for the bereaved relatives. The funeral will he held this afternoon from her late home to Bethel Church and Cemetery. New Hamburg Independent, October 22, 1920
