  SAGE, Elmer - Elmer Sage, of Millet, AB, passed away, on April 22, 2004, at the age of 77, after a battle with cancer. He was raised in Galt (Cambridge), Ontario with a family of 11 children. He moved to Alberta in the early fifties to work in the oil industry as a heavy equipment operator. Elmer will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his three brothers and two sisters, William of Spruce Grove, AB, Fred (Lillian), Arlene (Bob Jackson), Olive and Earl, all of Cambridge and numerous nieces and nephews. As per his request, Elmer was cremated. His ashes will be spread under a Mountain Ash tree which will be planted in his memory at one of his favourite places near Cherhill, AB.
