  BOWMAN, Grace I. (Mrs. Solomon B.) - Peacefully, on Friday, March 28, 2008 at Heritage House, St. Jacobs. Grace (Shantz) Bowman age 98 years formerly of Elmira. Beloved wife of the late Solomon Bowman (2001). Dear mother of Ruth Ann and Ron Sauder of Elmira. Devoted grandmother of Krista and Doug Leis of Elmira. Also lovingly remembered by her two great-grandsons, Dylan and Branden. Grace was the last surviving member of her family having been predeceased by her parents, Uzziah and Lydia Ann (Cressman) Shantz; her sister, Erma; her brother, Leonard and her brother Claude in infancy. The family will receive their friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home , Elmira on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. At noon on Wednesday, April 2, 2008, transfer will be made to the Floradale Mennonite Church for Funeral Service at 2 p.m. with Pastor Fred Redekop officiating followed by interment in the Floradale Mennonite Cemetery. In her memory donations to the St. Mary's Hospital Cardiac Care Unit would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy. The Waterloo Region Record 31 Mar 2008
