  Mr. and Mrs. John Dahmer, received the sad news of the death of their son's wife, Mrs. Wesley Dahmer. Leaving five small children motherless, Mrs. Wesley Dahmer, died at her home north west of Reed City, Mich., on Sunday, Dec. 4th. Death was caused by intestinal influenza and pneumonia. She was ill only a week. Mrs. Dahmer was thirty-two years of age. She was married in 1917. Practically all her life has been passed in Reed City and vicinity. Mrs. Dahmer's maiden name was Lutie Lomp. She was the daughter of Christian Lamp and the sister of Mrs. Edward Young, of Reed City. Surviving are the husband and children: John, nine years old, Russell, seven years old, Margaret, five, Marion four and Earl two. The bereaved husband has the sympathy of his New Hamburg friends in his sad loss. Those who attended the funeral from here were Mr. John Dahmer, Mr. Milton Dahmer, Mr. and Mrs. George Clair and Mrs. E. Lederman. New Hamburg Independent Dec 16 1927 pg 1
