    • Lucy Hembling, "was born August 9th, 1822. After the decease of her parents she was adopted by Jacob Shantz where she was raised. On April 30th, 1843, she was married to Abraham Eby. They resided in Bridgeport where he died August 24th, 1885. To them was born a family of eleven children".
