    • MRS. WILLIAM MCCORMICK

      Mrs. William McCormick died early Wednesday morning at the Elmira Private Hospital in her 79th year.

      The former Annie May Dobson, she was born near Milverton August 25, 1877. For the past forty years, Mrs. McCormick has been a well-known and well-respected resident of Elmira. A member of Gale Presbyterian Church, she was a life member of the W.M.S.

      A daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Dobson, her husband William predeceased her in November of 1936. Surviving are two daughters Miss Bessie McCormick, Elmira and Mrs. A. (Alice) Gillies of Kitchener; two sons, John and Frank, Elmira. Two grandsons also survive. Two brothers predeceased her.

      The body is resting at the Dreisinger Funeral Parlour. Service will be in the chapel Friday afternoon at three. Burial will be in Elmira Cemetery.
