  Mrs. Adam S. Scharman Stricken with a sudden heart attack at the home of friends in Toronto, Mrs. Adam S. Scharman, Freeport, passed away on Monday evening, in her 63rd year. Deceased had been attending the C.N.E. that day and death came very suddenly and un-expetedly. Well known in the Freeport district, she was a. daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Herman Hattel, and was born at Centreville, Feb. 1874, 45 years ago she married Adam S. Scharman at Kitchener. She was a member of the St. Peter's Lutheran church, Kitchener. She is survived by her husband, two daughters, Mrs. E. Berner, Kitchener, Mrs. A. Irvine, Waterloo, two sons, Alton Scharman and Lome Scharman, both of Freeport, four brothers, Norman and Herman Harrel, of Freeport and Amos and Jacob of Preston, two sisters, Mrs. Henry Dipple and Mrs. Anthony Lewandousky, both of Kitchener and nine grandchildren. One daughter Vera predeceased her 5 years ago and two sons predeceased her in infancy. Funeral services were held on Thursday afternoon, at 2 p.m., to St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Kichener, for services at three p.m. Interment was made at St. Peter's Lutheran cemetery. Rev. Dr. H. A.
