  NEWTON, Elaine Estelle (nee Hilborn) Passed away peacefully at Stirling Heights LTCC on Saturday, February 5, 2011 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Robert Newton. Loving mother of Jann Newton (Dan Legere) and grandmother of Connor Legere. Elaine was predeceased by her parents Milton and Myrtle Hilborn and her stepmother Dorothy as well as her sister Fae Bowman. Elaine was a longtime member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Cambridge (Preston). As per Elaine's wishes cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank the caring staff at Stirling Heights, especially those in Blair House.
