  Theresa was predeceased by her husband, Simon, who died in 1986; her parents, Ignatius Weiler and Helen (Zettel) Weiler; her sister Edna Wilhelm and her brothers, George, Hugh, Joseph, Martin, Albert, Frank, Leonard and Edmund. Theresa retired from her home in Waterloo in 2002 and moved to Meadowcroft Retirement Place, Fieldgate Avenue in Kitchener where she spent her remaining years. In December of 2002, she celebrated her 100th birthday at Our Lady of Lourdes Church where she and her husband were active founding members. Many relatives and friends joined her to make this a memorable event. Subsequent birthdays were celebrated at Meadowcroft Place. Theresa was a longtime member of the C.W.L., first at St. Louis and in 1956 at Our Lady of Lourdes. During these years she was a member of the Monday Solo Club that originated at St. Louis and continues to the present time. She was also a member of the Waterloo K. of C. Retirees Club, who presented her a "Honourary Life Membership" on May 27, 2004. Theresa treasures fond memories of her many relatives, friends, neighbours and co-workers from Lehman's Book Binding and The Bean Printing.
