  MCCRUDDEN, George Albert, "Bert" At the Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Saturday July 25, 1998 in his 74th year. Bert was a retired employee of Stevens Co., former pitcher for the Galt Terriers until 1948. Beloved husband of Margaret (nee: Mackenzie). Dear father of Charles and wife Joan of North Bay and Nancy and husband Don Gibson of Waterloo. Loving grandfather of Elizabeth and Michael. Brother of Rita Hawey of Cambridge, John and wife Miriam McCrudden of Mississauga and predeceased by a brother James. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at COUTTS AND SON FUNERAL HOME, 96 St. Andrews Street, Cambridge (today) Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral to St. Gregory's R.C. Church, 10 St. Gregory Drive, for mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday July 28, 1998 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow. The Parish Rosary will be recited at the funeral home this evening (Monday) at 7:30 p.m. If desired, remembrances may be made to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, "Medical Day Care" or the Canadian Cancer Society.
