  JANTZI, Elmer It is with great sadness that we announce that Elmer passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2011 at home in Wellesley. Beloved husband and best friend of Barbara (Dowson). Much loved father of Lori (Alwyn) Woodham and Scheri (Steve Millinger) Graul. Special stepfather to Kari (Wayne) Vanoverbeke, Glenn (Barbara) Cooke, Tara (Harald Schneider) and Brian (Kathy) Guffroy. Elmer was proud of his grandchildren and step-grandchildren; Josh Gerber, Jason, Andy Sarah Graul, Conner Woodham, Chris and Andrew Vanoverbeke, Kate and Mitchell Cooke, Taylor Blackwell, Leah and Ethan Guffroy and took great delight in hearing of their antics. Loving brother of Annie Erb and Erma Kuntze. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephew. Also survived by sister-in-law Eleanor and former son-in-law Steve Graul. Predeceased by parents; Ezra B. and Fannie (Erb), brother Allen, brothers-in-law; Russel Kuntze and Alvin Erb. Elmer had a special place in his heart for Grandma Jean and often talked of their renovations at Nine Mile Lake. He was known for his hearty laugh and good sense of humour and was a kind and honest man. Elmer was a well known Alpine plant food salesman for 18 years. Friends may call at the Futher-Franklin Funeral Home , 1172 Henry Street, Wellesley, on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at the Wellesley Mennonite Church, 157 David Street, Wellesley on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at 11 a.m. Pastor Renee Sauder officiating. A private family interment at Rush's Cemetery will precede the funeral service.
