- A-2-88 Henry Wisnowsky The Last Will and Testament of Henry Wisnowsky, late of the Township of Wellesley, Tailor, who died on or about the 3rd January 1860 at the Township of Wellesley, and who at the time of his death had a fixed place of abode at Wellesley, was proved and registered in the said Surrogate Court, a true copy of which said Last Will and Testament is hereunder written and that the administration of all and singular the personal estate and effects…was granted to Julchen Hell of the Township of Wellesley, the late widow of the said deceased, now the wife of Simon Hell of Wellesley, Shoemaker, the Executrix named in the said will…
…This is the Last Will and Testament of Henry Wisnowsky of the Township of Wellesley, Tailor… (Firstly) I will and devise that my just debts and funeral charges be paid by my Executrix as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. (Secondly) I give and devise to my beloved wife Julchen Wisnowsky all my household furniture and one cow. I also give, bequeath and devise to her my said beloved wife Julchen Wisnowsky, all my right, title and interest in and to three quarter of an acre of land being Village Lot Number fifty seven, according to a plan drawn by Rudolph Kerchner, which plan is in possession of a John Tuerk of the Township of Woolwich, Yeoman, . Said Village lot being part of large Lot Number two in the eight concession, Western Section of Township of Wellesley, to have and to hold the same to her and to her heris, executors, administrations and assigns to her and their use and behoof for ever. And I lastly give, bequeath and devise to her my beloved wide Julchen Wisnowsky all my valuable papers consisting of Bonds, Notes of hand, and Book accounts to authorizing her herwith to collect the same, and using and expending the proceeds thereof to her own use and behoof.
