Fred Miller, the unfortunate young man who figured in the accident at J. Kaufman's planing mill last Tuesday forenoon, succumbed to his injuries, Thursday afternoon at 1.30. The accident took place while he was engaged cutting a plank on a rip-saw, struck him a fearful blow in the abdomen.
