  MRS. FRANK STROME By Record Correspondent ELMIRA, May 31,-Mrs. Frank Strome died early yesterday at the home of her son, Frank Strome, 47 Diel? Avenue Toronto, where she had been living for the past week. She was 79 years, 11 months and 29 days old and had been in ailing health for the past several months. Previous to going to Toronto, she had resided with her daughter, Mrs. Edmund Klinck, Elmira. The former Helena Battenberg, she was a lifelong resident of Elmira. Her husband the late Frank Strome, predeceased her in 1932. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and a member of the Ladies' Aid Society of that congregation. Surviving are two sons, Frank of Toronto and Harvey of Kitchener; two daughters, Mrs. Fred Conrad, Florence and Mrs. Edmund Klinck Hilda both of Elmira; two brothers, Henry Battenberg of London and Charles Battenberg of North Tonawanda, N.Y., and three sisters, Mrs. Adam Sippel of Kitchener, Mrs. Henry Behrend of Chicago and Mrs. George Jung of Elmira. Twelve grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren also survive. The funeral will take place on Wednesday afternoon at two o'clock with a service at the Dreisinger Funeral Chapel where the body is resting, thence to St. Paul's Church for memorial service. Burial will be made in Elmira, Cemetery. Rev. F. Malinsky, pastor of St. Paul's will have charge of the services.
