  	This 1920's home may not seem that old but it T has a charm that is all its own. Built in the arts and craft style, this storey-and-a-half home is typical of the style which was popular during the early decades of the 20th century. In this example, the stucco clad home has a large central dormer, Tudor style false beams beneath its gables and a deep porch which stretches across the front of the home. Historically, the home was owned by a dentist named James Durran. It is thought that he ran his practice from the rear of the house facing Salisbury Avenue. The Durran family resided in the home until 1960. In the 1970s, the home was duplexed and the current owners have turned it back into a single family residence.
