  Passed away peacefully at Saint Luke's Place on Sunday, January 11, 2009 in his 95th year, surrounded by his loving family. Dearly loved husband of Helen for seventy years, father of Paul, Sandra (John) and Susan. Will be remembered by his grandchildren Kim, Lisa, John Scott, Samantha and Lindsay. Great grandfather of Erinn, Erica, Daylan and Avery. Survived by his sister Isabel (Joe). Archie worked at the Stamped and Enameled Ware for more than forty years. He was a long time member and elder of St. Andrew's Hespeler Presbyterian Church. After retirement, Archie volunteered at Jacob Hespeler Secondary School in the woodworking department, and was a founding member of the Company of Neighbours. Visitation for Archie will be held at the Lounsbury Funeral Home, 1766 Franklin Boulevard, Cambridge on Tuesday, January 13th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at St. Andrew's Hespeler Presbyterian Church, 73 Queen Street, East on Wednesday, January 14th at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be to St. Andrew's Church or to Saint Luke's Place.
