    • Mrs. P. Arnott Ballingal

      Mrs. P. Arnott Ballingal, the former Emma Minnie Tye, passed away Saturday at the residence, 29 McKenzie Street, Galt. She was born at Haysville and lived at Hickson for a number of years before moving to Galt 52 years ago. Surviving, besides her husband, are three daughters, one sister, one brother and six grandchildren. Mr. Ballingal was born north of Ayr and he and his family attended the former Stanley Street Presbyterian Church here. After his marriage, he and Mrs. Ballingal visited frequently in Ayr and made many warm friends. Funeral service was held Tuesday afternoon, with interment being made in the Ayr Cemetery.
