- OLIVER, Thomas
Peacefully, on Sunday, April 18, 1999, at Fairview Mennonite Home, Cambridge, in his 93rd year. Tom was a lifelong resident and employee of the City of Galt, having retired in 1972. Beloved husband of the late Elsie Oliver (nee Turner) (1987); also predeceased by 12 brothers and sisters. He is survived by his daughter, Joyce Foster and her husband Matthew. Lovingly remembered by three grandchildren, Hall, Tobi and Myles Foster and two great-grandchildren, Karsten and Meagan. He is also survived by one sister, Mrs. Annabell Cornish of Cambridge and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at Little's Funeral Home, 223 Main St. E., Cambridge today (Tuesday), from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will then be conducted in the funeral home chapel, on Wednesday, April 21, 1999, at 2 p.m. Reception to follow in Little's Family Reception Centre. Interment, Trinity Anglican Cemetery.
