• Notes

  The death occurred at the hospital on Friday, of Philipina Ball, widow of the late John Keachie, in her 85th year. Mrs Keachie was a native of Newfoundland and had been a resident of Galt, ON. for about 45 years. Her husband pre-deceased her in 1914 she was a member of the First United Church. Surviving is one son William John Luff of Newfoundland, three brothers Noah, in Newfoundland, Samuel of Pearl River, NY. and Robert, Toronto,ON; also one sister in Newfoundland. The remains are resting at Little and Son's undertaking pariors until 11am. Monday, and the funeral will take place at 2.30, from the Young Memorial Chapel, with interment in Mount View Cemetery.
