      Monday, May 2, 1983, at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, after a brief illness, Mrs. Elmeta Roth, age 58, of 168 Snyders Rd. W., Baden.

      Beloved wife of Nelson Earl Roth, whom she married in 1943. She is lovingly remembered by her children, Larry of Kitchener, Jeanette (Mrs. David Quast) of RR 2, Baden, Leonard and his wife Dale of Fox Creek, Alta., Judy (Mrs. Ernst Dreher) of RR 2, Petersburg, Debbie (Mrs. Waid Hoffman) of Baden, David of Cambridge (P), Gregory, at home. Also surviving are her mother, Elsie and her step-father, Lavercy Leis of RR 2, New Hamburg; nine grandchildren, a brother Clayton Hoist of Milverton and two sisters, Dorothy (Mrs Daniel Zehr) of New Hamburg, Gladys (Mrs. Arthur Leis) of RR 1, Shakespeare. She was predeceased by her father, the late Eli Hoist; one sister, Verna and one grand-son.

      Rested at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, New Hamburg Chapel, 291 Huron St., until noon today, May 4, when transfer was made to Wilmot Centre Missionary Church, for service at 2:30 p.m., with Rev. Glen Gibson officiating. Interment in Wilmot Centre cemetery.
