  Daniel Rosenberger, "a son of Daniel, the old progenitor, was born about the year 1744. He resided in the same locality as his father where he was engaged in farming. He was married twice, first to Anna Funk and after her decease to Barbara Detweiler. His family consisted of seventeen children, of whom four died in infancy. The names of the remaining thirteen were" Eby, Ezra E. (1895). A biographical history of Waterloo township and other townships of the county: being a history of the early settlers and their descendants, mostly all of Pennsylvania Dutch origin: as also much other unpublished historical information chiefly of a local character.
