    • NAFZIGER, Maurice Peacefully to his Eternal Home on Sunday, November 9, 2014, surrounded by his loving family at the London Health Sciences Centre. He was born in Ellice Township on August 7, 1939 on the same dairy farm he raised his own family on. Son of the late Menno and Mattie (nee Jantzi) Nafziger. He is survived by his beloved wife Edna (nee Gerber) whom he married on September 2, 1959. They enjoyed 55 wonderful years together. Maurice was an active member of the Maple View Mennonite Church where he served as a trustee and Sunday School teacher for many years. Maurice and his dear wife Edna retired to Milverton in 1998 and still enjoyed helping his son Larry with the field work on the family farm, as well as volunteering at Gospel Echoes Ministry in Millbank. Dear father of Elizabeth and her husband Ray Gerber of Millbank; Sandra and her husband Arnold Weber of Goldstone; Pauline and her husband Bryan Huber of Milverton; and Larry and his wife Cheryl Nafziger of RR#1 Brunner. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren; Kyle and his wife Tracy Gerber, Kaitlyn and Donovan Gerber, Kendra and her husband Dallas Roth, Lynnette, Keith and Matthew Weber, Nicholas and Alyssa Huber, Emily and Nolan Nafziger. Brother of Maynard and his wife Laura Nafziger of Milverton; Madeline Kuepfer of Listowel; and Marion and her husband Nick Caldwell of Stratford. Brother in-law of Norma Nafziger, Joe and his wife Sharon Gerber, Mary Ellen and her husband John Steckly all of Wellesley. Predeceased by his brother Murray Nafziger, sisters-in-law; Shirley Gerber, Esther Wagler and brothers-in-law; Norman Wagler and Norman Kuepfer. Friends may call at the Maple View Mennonite Church, 5074 Deborah-Glaister Line, Wellesley on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services in the church on Thursday, November 13, 2014 at 2 p.m. Pastor Brent Kipfer officiating.
