  JANTZI, Catherine Passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at Knollcrest Lodge, Milverton. Catherine was formerly of R.R. # 1 Newton. She was born 85 years ago in Mornington Township and was the daughter of the late Christian W. and Mary (Kuepfer) Kuepfer. Beloved wife of the late John K. Jantzi who predeceased her July 3, 1977. Loving mother of Levi and Maryann Jantzi, James Jantzi, all of R.R. # 1 Newton, Ezra and Elizabeth Jantzi of Millbank and Peter and Linda Jantzi of R.R. # 1 Gowanstown. Sadly missed by her 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Lena Kuepfer of Millbank, Sam and Sarah Kuepfer, Cornelius and Marie Kuepfer, Isaac and Christina Kuepfer all of R.R. # 1 Newton, Levi and Elmina Kuepfer of Atwood. Missed by her sisters-in-law Lena Kuepfer of Millbank, Ruth Kuepfer of R.R. # 1 Millbank, Katie Kuepfer of St. Jacobs and Lydia and Simon Albrecht of R.R. # 1 Newton. Catherine was predeceased by her son Neil, grand-daughter Janette, sister Esther and John Zehr, brothers Israel and Esther Kuepfer, Jonathan Kuepfer and Reuben Kuepfer. Family and friends may call at the home of Solomon and Peggy Jantzi (R.R. # 1 Newton Road 129 # 6684) today (Thursday) after 2:00 p.m. and until the time of the service on Saturday, September 3, 2011 at 12:30 p.m. where Bishop Reuben Jantzi will officiate. Interment in the 7th Line Amish Cemetery, Mornington Township. Mark Jutzi Funeral Home , Milverton assisted with the arrangements.
