- HEIPEL, Gerald J. - Suddenly, on Tuesday, Nov. 15, 1988, at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, Gerald John Heipel, of RR 2, Baden, Gerald was born in Wilmot township, 53 years ago.
He was a son of the late David A. Heipel and the former Delphine Koenig. He had farmed at RR 2, Baden all his life. Also a lifelong member of St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Wellesley.
Loving husband of Louise Koch of RR 2, Baden; dearly loved father of Brian of RR 2, Baden, Karen and her husband Wayne Kneisel of RR 1, New Hamburg, Marilyn and her husband Jim Olender of Kitchener, Colleen Heipel of RR 2, Baden.
Visitation at the Futher Bros. Funeral Home, 40 Henry St., Wellesley, where the family will receive friends this evening, from 7-9 and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. At noon Friday, Nov. 18, removal will be made to St. Mark's Lutheran Church, for funeral service at 2:30 p.m., Rev. Wilmer Mink and Intern Don Thomas will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Mark's Lutheran cemetery, Wellesley.
